Loyd Auerbach is the knowledge & research consultant for California, Texas, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, and Oregon, with extensive experience in the legal industry. He previously worked for LexisNexis for over 20 years in various roles including as a training consultant and practice area specialist, primarily working with firms in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Before rejoining LexisNexis, Auerbach gained a diverse experience with several law firms as a contract librarian and researcher, in the library at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and as a public speaking coach and professional speaker. He is an adjunct professor at Atlantic University.
Nikki DiNatale

Nikki DiNatale is the knowledge & research consultant for New York (with Jocelyn Sagherian), Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Minnesota, and Nebraska, and has over 15 years of library experience, primarily with corporations. She began her career at the University of Michigan Law Library, then became the senior onsite business manager at Infotrieve Inc., and most recently she was the manager of library and information resources at a large pharmaceutical company.

Bridget MacMillan is the knowledge & research consultant for Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Prior to LexisNexis, she was the librarian for Marshall O'Toole Gerstein Murray & Borun, an intellectual property law firm in Chicago, Illinois. Before that, MacMillan was a business researcher for Ernst & Young, Center for Business Knowledge in Chicago. MacMillan has presented at local, regional, and national conferences on topics like “Librarians without Space,” “Getting Things Done,” “Speed Networking,” “Patent Research,” and “Inspiration, Perspiration, Celebration!”
Joyce Magruder

Magruder is the knowledge and research consultant for Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington DC. She has over 25 years of experience working with corporations and law firms to implement innovative insights solutions that align with client acquisition and retention strategies. Prior to re-joining LexisNexis, Magruder worked at SAIC, running competitive intelligence for Air Force capture teams, and served as the business development insights & competitive intelligence director at Turner Broadcasting. She earned her MS in Library Service from Columbia University and is a member of the Law Librarians' Society of Washington, DC (LLSDC) and AALL.
Jocelyn Sagherian

Jocelyn Sagherian serves legal information professionals in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She began her career as a litigation associate, specializing in employment law, at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. In 2010, she was an account executive within the LexisNexis law school team. Thereafter, Sagherian obtained her MLS and became the manager of library services at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas, Texas. She returned to New York and worked as a reference librarian at the Maloney Library at the Fordham University School of Law where she also served as an adjunct professor for the Legal Practice Technology and Basic Legal Research courses. She continues to teach at Fordham as an adjunct professor. Sagherian rejoined Lexis in 2020 as a practice area consultant working with Am Law firms in New York City, providing in-depth research assistance, training, and guidance to attorneys, paralegals, and library professionals on the products and services contained in their Lexis contract.

Lindsey Watson has the honor and privilege of managing the Knowledge & Research Consultant (“KRC”) team at LexisNexis. She’s a former KRC herself and has over 15 years of experience working with law schools and law firms to connect our customers with the best solutions for their workflow. Lindsey is based in Memphis, TN and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. She earned her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C Humphreys School of Law and her M.S. in Information Science from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.
