This is the first in a two-part series about creating an inclusive workplace. The focus of this part is cultural diversity; the focus of the second part (in March) will be invisible disabilities.
In this “So, You Wanna . . .?” episode, Sabrina A. Davis will interview Danne L. Johnson, a law professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law and a co-founder of Our Work, LLC, a collective of highly trained women working on the topics of race, racial trauma, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, intercultural development, and belonging. This interview will explore how managers, supervisors, and employees can make the workplace more welcoming for all.
