Law libraries are essential entry points to information and justice, yet patrons with disabilities still encounter barriers online, at service points, and in instruction. This program equips librarians with practical, low risk playbooks to deliver accessible services across the user journey. We will identify common obstacles for patrons with visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, and neurodivergent disabilities, then apply ADA- and WCAG-informed fixes that staff can implement without a full rebuild. Attendees will adapt plain language explainers, create alt text and captioning workflows, set up quiet navigation and sensory friendly wayfinding, and design a simple accommodation protocol for reference and teaching. We will also cover inclusive virtual reference and AI assist with clear guardrails for accuracy, privacy, and escalation.

Participants will leave with an outreach kit, a two week pilot plan, and a mini dashboard that tracks reach and improvements while protecting patron privacy.
