Leadership can sometimes feel intimidating—especially when we associate it with titles, authority, or having all the answers. But leadership often shows up in much smaller, everyday moments. Maybe you’re the person colleagues turn to when they need help. Maybe you speak up with a new idea, bring people together, take ownership when something needs to get done, volunteer on boards/committees, or help someone else feel more confident. Join us to swap stories, share strategies, and rethink what "leadership" really means at every level of your career.

This Coffee Chat is brought to you by the Leadership Development Committee.

Please note: AALL virtual coffee chats are not recorded and registration is open to AALL members only.
