Your legal research vendors may not just have legal research tools. They might not be only "your" vendors anymore. They might also be vendors to your org's docketing team, the ESS team, or a department/special library you rarely work with. With mergers happening more often than you can say "Generative AI enhancement," it is more important than ever to be on top of our contract management game, develop shared tracking tools, and proactively build relationships across our orgs.
