You don’t need anyone to tell you what CI is. You may even have produced some reports yourself. You’re ready to move beyond basic reports. How do you engage with Marketing? How do you broaden and deepen your offerings? How do you deepen your offerings? What analysis can you provide and how do you provide it? How do you build out the CI function?

This webinar will appeal to all librarians: from those who may have heard of CI and don’t know much about it to librarians building basic and full CI reports.

  1. Attendees will be introduced to the broad structure of CI.
  2. Attendees will understand CI offerings and how to improve reports.
  3. Attendees will learn how to justify CI offerings within the library, marketing and firm management settings.
