In 2019, AALL members presented a comprehensive analysis of litigation analytics platforms, focusing on the federal court analytics tools available then. This webinar will provide an update to that data, but presenters will focus on the state court analytics market that has significantly grown in the last three years.
The platform comparison spreadsheet, referenced in the presentation, will be uploaded here the week of August 29 and posted to the AALL Open Forum list-serv in My Communities.

Diana Koppang is the Director of Research & Competitive Intelligence at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in Chicago. In this role she directs a team of research analysts who manage all research, competitive intelligence, alerts, and knowledge management initiatives for the firm. Diana has presented at conferences for the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL), the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL), Northwestern Law & Technology Initiative, ALM Legal Tech Show, Chicago Bar Association, Best Practices & Management Strategies for Law Firm Library, Research & Information Services (Ark), and the Patent Information Users Group (PIUG). Diana has served in leadership roles for CALL, AALL, and the Private Law Librarians and Information Professionals section of AALL. She currently serves on the Knowledge Management Advisory Board for Bloomberg Law. Diana was named to the 2020 Fastcase 50 list for legal tech innovators for her work in analyzing the litigation analytics market. Diana holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jeremy Sullivan is the national Manager of Competitive Intelligence & Analytics for DLA Piper LLP US. At DLA Piper, Jeremy and his team conduct in-depth research on current and prospective firm clients, peer firms and the legal market and industries of all sizes . Jeremy has spent more than a quarter century working in various research and management roles for 5 different AmLaw 100 law firms. He has served on the PLLIP board and is the current Vice President/President-Elect of NOCALL. Jeremy earned his MLIS from San Jose State University in 2000.
