Bill Josten, Manager, Enterprise Content - Legal
Bill Josten is Strategic Content Manager for the Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute. Bill consults with law firms nationally on issues related to law firm profitability, pricing, and cost recovery. In previous roles with Thomson Reuters, Bill worked in account management with several large law firms, and as a Reference Attorney. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, he was an attorney in private practice, an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and a clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Jennifer Dezso, Director of Client Services
Jen is the Director of Client Services and leads the Americas arm of Acritas’ (now part of Thomson Reuters) global client services team. For the past 16 years, Jen has used a data-driven approach to identify exactly how clients think about their law firm relationships and pinpoint the best opportunities to build more loyal—and profitable—clients. Jen draws on Acritas’ direct research with corporate legal buyers and her deep experience in the legal industry to help law firms. She is a frequent presenter and author on market trends, how to identify and create opportunities in the market, and implementing organizational best practices in client relationship development.
