With the theme of AALL’s Annual Meeting—Advancing Justice for All—we are proud to share the way that Thomson Reuters advances justice for all. Thomson Reuters Foundation (TRF) is the corporate foundation of Thomson Reuters, the global news and information services company. We work to advance media freedom, raise awareness of human rights issues, and foster more inclusive economies. During the webinar, attendees will learn about the Foundation’s work, particularly how they can get involved in TrustLaw, TRF’s global pro bono service that supports non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and social enterprises around the world. Examples of our work ranges from supporting civil society during the COVID pandemic to our response to the current crisis in Ukraine, helping both NGOs providing humanitarian support as well as the media sector.
